Filling the Gap - IDS
The COVID -19 pandemic has forever changed the way of life for the human race, and has specifically affect the ways of business and the work place. Companies have transitioned to mainly working remotely, therefore no longer have a main headquarters or office space. My building aims to address the need for in person gathering in a safe post COVID environment for businesses that no longer have a headquarters. This complex allows remote companies to rent business suites for a temporary amount of time to have meeting/events. The building also includes auditoriums, virtual reality spaces, and a fitness center to encourage movement out of an at home office. The building will bridge the gap between working remotely and in person meeting/office life.
