Nested Boxes

This course started out by building a set of five nested boxes and arranging them in an interesting way to repeatedly draw. Side, top, front, and auxiliary views were drawn in multiple systems connected using projection lines. Working in 2D, these drawings show the boxes in an axonometric state together and pulled apart. The projection systems are important in creating the drawing but also add a graphic affect. These drawings were constructed based on 2D top and side views utilizing projection lines to construct the 3D figures. The overlapping of the section cuts and boxes creates an interesting graphic affect.
